Brittany Phillips & Samantha Tapp

The murder of Brittany Phillips rocked the city of Tulsa back in 2004. The authorities were sure that the DNA recovered from the crime scene would eventually be the key to solving her rape and murder... however, in 2019 the family got the worst news imaginable: the evidence wasn't related to this crime. Brittany's family needs our help! Samantha Tapp was 16 at the time she was last seen on 10/12/2004 in Burleson, TX. She is missed by her family and may have traveled to Oregon. She also had family here in Oklahoma.
